How do I make a purchase on this website?
To make a purchase on this website, you must first browse through the products you are interested in, for example by clicking on COLLECTIONS, and once on each product page, you must click on the ADD TO CART button. To finish and pay, you must click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of your screen, and complete the purchase process by entering your shipping and payment details.
How do I purchase a custom-made tablecloth?
To purchase a custom tablecloth or napkins, please contact us.
Can I make a purchase over the phone?
Yes, if you prefer, you can call us and tell us which product you are interested in to make the purchase by paying online or in cash.
Can I cancel my order or make changes?
If the order has already been shipped, we cannot change it. If it has not been shipped, you can call us or contact us by email to explain your situation.
What currencies can I purchase with?
At this time our system only accepts payments in Euros. If your card is from outside the European Community, you can still make payments on this website, and your bank will automatically change your currency to Euros.
When will my credit card be charged?
At the time of purchase, the system will check that there are sufficient funds on your card. If so, a reservation of these funds will be made for the total value of your order, which will be executed between one and two business days after making the purchase, depending on your bank.
